Senior Finance Manager(For Facility Management Company) :

Job Purpose
:
The Senior Finance Manager is responsible for overseeing the financial operations of the company, ensuring effective financial planning, reporting, and compliance. This role demands strongleadershipskills, strategic thinking, and extensive experience in managing financial functions within the GCC, particularly in Qatar.
Key Responsibilities
:
Financial Planning & Analysis
:
Develop and manage budgets, forecasts, and financial models to support decision-making.
Analyze financial performance and provide strategic insights to improve profitability and cost efficiency.
Financial Reporting & Compliance
:
Prepare and present accurate financial reports, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements. Ensure compliance with local regulations, tax laws, and international accounting standards.
Treasury & Cash Flow Management
:
Oversee cash flow planning and ensure the availability of funds for operational needs. Manage banking relationships and negotiate favorable terms for loans or credit facilities.
Team Leadership
:
Lead, mentor, and supervise the finance team to ensure high performance andprofessional growth. Assign responsibilities and oversee task execution to meet deadlines and objectives.
Internal Controls & Auditing
:
Establish and monitor internal controls to safeguard company assets and prevent financial discrepancies. Coordinate with internal and external auditors to ensure timely and accurate audits.
Strategic Financial Management
:
Collaborate withsenior managementto develop long-term financial strategies. Evaluate investment opportunities, mergers, and acquisitions to support business growth.
ERP & System Implementation
:
Implement and manage financial software or ERP systems to streamline financial processes and reporting.
Qualifications
:
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field (Master’s degree or professional certification like CPA/CA/CMA is preferred).
Minimum 10 years of GCC experience in finance, with at least 5 years in Qatar as a Senior Finance Manager.
Expertise in financial planning, analysis, and reporting in the facility management or similar industries.
Strong knowledge of Qatari tax laws, VAT regulations, and compliance requirements.

Compensation & Requirements
:
Salary
: QAR 10,000–14,000 per month (based on experience).
Joining
:
Immediate joining required.

:
Valid QID (Qatar ), NOC (No Objection Certificate).
