Bachelor’s Degree preferably in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or related IT discipline; or equivalent experience.
Experience in upstream oil & gas sector is a preference.
15+ years’ hands-on experience and proficiency in leading or managing delivery in SAP Business Process Management and Governance, ARIS tool or SAP Signavio (process manager, process intelligence, process insights, process governance, process explorer) or other equivalent Business Process Management tool, understanding of working principles of SAP Business Processes modules and components, SAP Cloud architecture and solutions, as well as ERP / Agile implementation methodology.
Solid understanding of process management concepts, Business Process Management technology, and familiarity with process modeling standards, ideally BPMN 2.0.
Working knowledge of process mining, change management process, and business process mapping.
Competency on various SAP modules and related data objects.
Strong business process analytic skills and knowledge of process improvement methodologies, Lean six sigma knowledge.
Experience and knowledge about SAP S4 / HANA.
