The Senior F&B Delivery Marketplace Specialist ensures the companies F&B brand portfolio maintains high standards across food delivery aggregators. He/she manages menu accuracy, pricing, and brand hygiene, executes promotional campaigns, and actively collaborates with internal teams to optimize brand presence. Additionally, he/she focuses on enhancing sales performance through diligent monitoring and hands‑on resolution of issues.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Ensure F&B brand portfolio adheres to hygiene standards on all aggregator platforms, focusing on accuracy in menus, pricing, descriptions, and modifiers.
- Maximize brand visibility across aggregators by regularly assessing and adjusting brand positioning based on platform insights.
- Execute promotional campaigns on aggregator channels according to guidelines provided by the aggregators, ensuring campaigns are timely and meet brand standards.
- Monitor campaign performance, capturing insights to improve the effectiveness of future promotions.
- Work with the line manager and operations team to support the rollout of new features on aggregator channels and suggest innovative ideas to enhance brand appeal.
- Identify opportunities for brand differentiation and contribute ideas to align with market trends.
- Create and maintain brand menus on both aggregator and POS systems, ensuring alignment with account managers for accuracy and consistency.
- Facilitate smooth integration of brands into POS systems and aggregator platforms, troubleshooting minor issues and ensuring alignment with brand standards.
- Maintain regular communication with aggregator account managers, addressing urgent issues as they arise to support seamless brand operations. Participate in weekly meetings with aggregator contacts to track and resolve ongoing issues and explore potential improvements.
- Track weekly and monthly sales performance, comparing results against budget targets and identifying potential areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with the team to implement tailored actions for performance enhancement and report findings to support data-driven decisions.

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, or a related field.
EXPEREINCE
- Four to six years of experience in a similar role.
