UCC Holding is looking for an experienced Senior Expeditor to join our team and support major Oil & Gas and EPC projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Expedite engineering materials and equipment from Purchase Order issuance through final delivery.
- Monitor supplier manufacturing progress, documentation, inspections, and shipment schedules.
- Coordinate with Procurement, Engineering, QA/QC, Logistics, and Vendors to ensure timely delivery of project materials.
- Follow up on critical project items and proactively resolve delivery delays.
- Prepare expediting reports and maintain accurate records in SAP/ERP systems.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in Oil & Gas, EPC, or Engineering Projects
- Strong experience in expediting Mechanical, Electrical, Instrumentation, Piping, and Structural Materials
- Proven expertise in Post-Order Expediting and supplier management
- Experience with manufacturing follow-up, inspections, documentation, and logistics coordination.
- Experience working with international suppliers and critical project materials
- Proficiency in SAP/ERP systems and expediting reporting
