Responsibilities
- Review RFQs and coordinate with estimation and engineering teams for cost estimation and proposal preparation.
- Prepare and submit techno-commercial proposals and quotations.
- Clarify technical and commercial requirements with clients and negotiate contract terms.
- Follow up on submitted quotations and secure purchase orders/contracts.
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth project handover after project award.
- Maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
- Maintain accurate records of quotations, sales activities, contracts, and customer interactions.
- Prepare sales reports, revenue forecasts, pipeline updates, and management presentations.
- Monitor sales performance, track revenue, and support the achievement of sales targets.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
- 5–8 years of experience in technical sales, tendering, estimation, or engineering services.
- Strong knowledge of techno-commercial proposals, contract negotiation, and customer relationship management.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- GCC experience and a valid driving license are preferred.
