Title: Senior Estimation & Tendering Manager

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the end-to-end tendering and estimation process.
- Review tender documents, BOQs, specifications, and contract conditions.
- Assess project risks and support bid/no-bid decisions.
- Develop accurate cost estimates covering materials, equipment, subcontractors, and manpower.
- Manage and mentor Estimation Managers and QS teams.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and internal stakeholders.
- Ensure competitive and profitable bid submissions.
- Provide project handover support to project teams after award .
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or a related field
- Minimum 8 years of overall experience, including at least 5 years in a supervisory/managerial role.
- GCC experience is an advantage.
- Strong expertise in estimation, tendering, cost management, and contract documentation.
- Experience with EPC, construction, infrastructure, or large-scale building projects.
- Proficiency in estimating software, Microsoft Office, and SAP/ERP systems preferred.
- Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
