Own full lifecycle delivery of ERP and complex enterprise transformation programmesLead multiple concurrent workstreams under a single, integrated roadmapEstablish and enforce robust governance, change control, and delivery standardsManage system integrators, vendors, and commercial performanceEnsure business readiness, operational transition, and benefits realisation
Profile
Bachelor’s degree in IT, Engineering, Business, or related field (Master’s preferred)15+ years delivering large‑scale ERP or enterprise IT transformation programmesProven leadership of at least one full ERP implementation or major re‑platformingStrong experience managing system integrators and complex vendor ecosystemsConfident engaging executive stakeholders in governance‑heavy environment
