Key Responsibilities:
Training Program Development:
Design and createcomprehensive trainingprograms tailored to departmental needs.
Develop engaging training content, including presentations, manuals, and interactive exercises.
Stay ahead of industry trends, incorporating best practices into training strategies.
Training Delivery:
Conduct engaging training sessions for employees at all organizational levels.
Leverageinnovativeinstructional methods and technologies to optimize learning outcomes.
Facilitate workshops, seminars, and webinars to inspire growth andskill development.
Assessment and Evaluation:
Analyze training needs through surveys, interviews, and performance data.
Evaluate program effectiveness, collect participant feedback, and refine training content.
Recommend improvements to align training with organizational goals.
Mentoring and Coaching:
Provide mentorship and guidance to junior trainers and staff.
Support employees in achieving theirprofessional developmentgoals through coaching.
Collaboration:
Partner with department heads to identify training needs and align initiatives with organizational objectives.
Collaborate with external vendors to integrate specialized training expertise when needed.
Administration and Reporting:
Maintain accurate records of training activities and participant progress.
Prepare reports on training outcomes, effectiveness, and areas for improvement.
What We’re Looking For:
Knowledge:
Bachelor’s degree intraining and development, human resources, or a related field.
Certification in Training Practice (CTP), CIPD, TOT, or equivalent. Advanced certifications (e.g., Certified Professional in Learning and Performance) are a plus.
Minimum of 10 years of experience in designing and delivering training programs.
Strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies.
High proficiency in MS Teams, PowerPoint, Publisher, Word, Excel, and Photoshop.
Working Conditions:
Full-time position withflexible working hoursbased on training schedules.
Occasional travel to company locations or training sites as required.
