We seek a Senior Electrical Technician
, preferably of Saudi nationality, with a strong background in production line maintenance and troubleshooting
. The ideal candidate will have at least 4 years of hands-on industrial experience
.
Key Responsibilities:
Troubleshoot and resolve complex faults in control systems, including PLC, HMI, VFD, servo drives, and induction motors.
Perform inspection and maintenance of sensors (NPN/PNP), timers, and manage analog/digital signals.
Independently identify and troubleshoot electrical faults and implement corrective actions.
Troubleshoot blow molding and extruder machines, inspecting heaters, thermocouples, and SSR units.
Demonstrate knowledge of high and low voltage systems; ability to inspect induction and servo motors.
Read and interpret control panel wiring diagrams, loop drawings, and panel layout schematics.
Participate in emergency repairs and preventive maintenance in coordination with production teams.
Complete daily checklists and document machine operating conditions.
Perform any other related tasks as requested by the direct manager.
Qualifications:
Associate’s degree in Electrical Engineering Technology or related field.
Minimum of 4 years of hands-on industrial experience in production line maintenance.
Strong knowledge of electrical codes and safety standards.
Proficiency with electrical testing equipment.
Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
Saudi nationality preferred.
Ability to join immediately.
