Advanced expertise is required:
In Electrical in oil & gas project/industry, especially for onshore fields.
In project at all life-cycle stages of project development (Detailed Engineering, etc).
International Electrical codes.
In Electrical software (like ETAP, etc).
Supervise and coordinate EPC contractors for electrical activities.
Manage project costs, schedules, and interdisciplinary coordination.
Prepare technical papers for regulatory and management decisions.
Review and coordinate deviation requests to project standards.
Participate in reviews (HAZOP, constructability, design).
Ensure compliance of electrical documents with standards.
Address technical queries and manage interfaces between disciplines.
Evaluate and approve engineering and construction deliverables.
Enforce HSE compliance and implement project HSE plans.
