Responsibilities
Deliver electrical engineering services that meet Worley’s, its customers’, and applicable statutory and regulatory specifications, on time and within budget.
Initiate, manage, and supervise electrical engineering project requirements as needed.
Perform electrical engineering services such as participating in relevant meetings, preparing progress reports, following checking procedures, ensuring project scope clarity, and managing changes through project change management processes. Provide assistance during procurement, construction, and commissioning activities, including writing requisitions, conducting technical bid evaluations, and preparing purchase orders.
Act as the electrical engineering Lead on specific projects if required.
If responsible for a team: outline project requirements, promote workshare where appropriate, assign tasks, supervise progress, and ensure the services meet Worley’s, its customers’, and regulatory requirements on time and within budget.
Proactively resolve discrepancies between Worley’s and the customer’s requirements.
Stay updated with the latest developments and technical innovations in electrical engineering.
Assist and support junior personnel within the electrical engineering team as needed.
Communicate effectively with the electrical engineering team and project stakeholders, including the customer.
Identify issues, develop solutions, and seek assistance when necessary.

Technical and Industry Experience
Strong technical and practical engineering skills with a track record of delivering quality, accurate, and timely work.
Solid knowledge of electrical engineering fundamentals and basic knowledge of other engineering fields.
Understanding of applicable local and international standards, statutory, and regulatory requirements.
Proficiency in electrical engineering software.
Proficiency in relevant software such as MS Office Suite.
Extensive technical and practical experience in electrical engineering within similar industries, including experience in multidisciplinary projects and teams.
Education – Qualifications, Accreditation, Training
Required:
A recognized and relevant engineering degree.
Preferred:
Chartered Professional Engineer (CPEng) status.
Postgraduate qualifications in engineering, management, project management, supervisory qualifications, or equivalent.
