Job Title: Store Manager
Job Summary:
We seek an experienced and motivated Store Manager to oversee daily operations at our retail location. The ideal candidate will ensure a smooth and efficient shopping experience while maximizing sales and profitability. As a Store Manager, you will lead and develop your team, maintain store standards, and ensure exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
Team Leadership: Recruit, train, and supervise staff while creating a positive and motivating work environment.
Customer Service: Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by delivering exceptional service and handling inquiries or complaints professionally.
Sales Performance: Set sales targets, analyze performance metrics, and develop strategies to improve sales and profitability.
Inventory Management: Oversee stock levels, manage inventory accuracy, and coordinate with suppliers to ensure product availability.
Store Operations: Ensure the store is clean, organized, and well-stocked, while enforcing health, safety, and security standards.
Financial Management: Handle budgets, monitor expenses, and process daily sales reports.
Merchandising: Implement visual merchandising strategies to enhance product displays and maximize sales opportunities.
Compliance: Ensure all company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements are followed.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Store Manager or in a similar leadership role.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Ability to analyze sales data and develop effective action plans.
Proficiency in inventory management and retail software.
High school diploma required; bachelor’s degree in business or related field preferred.
