Go Bright Fix Cleaning Company is seeking a proactive and dynamic Customer Support & Business Development Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing customer relations, recruiting and overseeing teams, handling existing clients, and driving new business opportunities. This role requires strong communication skills, a customer-centric approach, and a knack for sales and business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in hiring and managing cleaning teams to ensure smooth daily operations.
Act as the primary point of contact for existing clients, addressing inquiries and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Generate new leads and explore business development opportunities to expand the company’s client base.
Maintain a high level of customer support, promptly resolving issues and ensuring a seamless service experience.
Develop and implement strategies for customer retention and engagement.
Handle contract negotiations, pricing discussions, and service agreements with clients.
Coordinate with the operations team to ensure efficient service delivery.
Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to refine business strategies.
Maintain and update CRM records for customer interactions and sales prospects.
Requirements:
Proven experience in customer service, sales, or business development, preferably in the cleaning or service industry.
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to multitask and manage teams efficiently.
Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset.
Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory).
