Senior Draftsman – Audio Visual (AV) & ELV Systems Jobs in Doha, Qatar at Elegancia Industries and Contracting
We are seeking a highly skilled strong Senior Draftsman Audio Visual AV and ELV Systems strong with a strong engineering background to join our team in Qatar. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in preparing AV and ELV shop drawings coordinating with multidisciplinary teams and supporting the successful delivery of high-profile projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare AutoCAD 2D 3D drawings for Audio Visual AV and ELV systems
- Develop AV equipment layouts cable routing drawings rack layouts elevations single-line diagrams SLDs and schematics
- Prepare detailed AV and ELV shop drawings and coordinated system layouts
- Coordinate AV ELV designs with Architectural MEP and Structural disciplines
- Translate engineering concepts into accurate technical drawings and documentation
- Ensure drawings comply with project specifications applicable standards and client requirements
- Revise and update drawings based on engineering and site requirements
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Engineering or a related technical discipline.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Audio Visual (AV) systems projects.
- Strong proficiency in AutoCAD 2D/3D.
- Extensive experience in preparing professional AV shop drawings and installation details.
- Good knowledge of ELV systems, including:
Public Address (PA) Systems Background Music (BGM)
Video Wall SystemsSMATV DTARF Radio Systems Structured Cabling - Excellent coordination skills with multidisciplinary project teams.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work within project deadlines.
Preferred
- GCC/Qatar project experience will be an advantage.
- Immediate joiners or candidates with a short notice period are preferred.
