Role Summary
We are seeking experienced Senior Structural, Architectural, Mechanical, and Electrical Engineers to support the construction supervision of this prestigious high-rise mixed-use development.
These site-based roles will report to the Resident Engineer. They will be responsible for supervising works within their respective disciplines, ensuring construction is delivered in line with approved designs, specifications, quality standards, Saudi authority requirements, and FIDIC-based contractual obligations.
Key Responsibilities (All Disciplines)
- Carry out day-to-day construction supervision and site inspections within the assigned discipline.
- Ensure works are executed in accordance with approved drawings, specifications, method statements, and authority approvals.
- Review and respond to inspection requests (IRs), technical submissions, and method statements.
- Monitor contractor performance, workmanship, and progress on site.
- Coordinate with other discipline engineers, inspectors, and the supervision team to manage interfaces.
- Support supervision of high-quality finishes, guestrooms, residential units, and shared facilities.
- Identify non-conformances and support resolution of site issues.
- Contribute to daily and weekly site reports and progress updates.
- Ensure compliance with project quality, health & safety, and brand standards.
Discipline-Specific Focus
Senior Structural Engineer
- Supervision of high-rise structural works including concrete, steel, and deep foundations.
- Review of structural shop drawings and technical submissions.
- Experience with large basement and podium structures.
Senior Architectural Engineer
- Supervision of façade systems and high-end finishes.
- Strong focus on luxury detailing and brand compliance (hotel/residential).
- Experience with high-rise façade systems.
Senior Mechanical Engineer
- Supervision of HVAC, plumbing, firefighting, and specialist high-rise MEP systems.
- Coordination with testing and commissioning teams.
- Exposure to fire & life safety systems and hotel MEP integration.
Senior Electrical Engineer
- Supervision of power, lighting, ELV, and specialist electrical systems.
- Interface with Saudi authority approvals and commissioning teams.
- Experience with high-rise vertical distribution systems.
Candidate Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in the relevant engineering discipline.
- 15+ years of total experience, with a strong background in construction supervision.
- Proven experience on high-rise tower projects (30+ floors minimum).
- Strong consultant / PMC supervision experience.
- Experience reviewing shop drawings and technical submissions.
- Exposure to testing & commissioning (for MEP disciplines).
- Strong coordination, reporting, and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, site-based high-rise environment.
