A senior leadership role responsible for establishing enterprise‑level guest and consumer insight capability and governing how insight informs decision‑making, prioritisation, standards, and accountability across a complex organisation.
The role ensures that guest and consumer insight is embedded into governance and action, not treated as a reporting function, and that experience risks and commitments are visible and actively managed at senior levels.
Key Responsibilities
Guest & Consumer Insight Strategy
- Define and lead an organisation‑wide insight strategy spanning surveys, feedback, research, and performance data.
- Ensure insight priorities align to experience objectives and strategic outcomes.
Experience & Decision Governance
- Establish governance frameworks that ensure insight drives standards, decisions, and action ownership.
- Support or chair senior forums that track experience risks, commitments, and outcomes.
Executive Reporting & Influence
- Translate complex insight into clear, decision‑ready narratives for executive stakeholders.
- Act as a trusted advisor on experience trends, risks, and opportunities.
Operating Model & Maturity
- Shape the operating model for insight and governance functions to ensure consistency, credibility, and scale.
Experience & Skills
- 12+ years in guest insight, customer experience, analytics, strategy, or governance roles.
- Proven experience operating at senior or executive level in complex organisations.
- Strong data synthesis, storytelling, and stakeholder influence capability.
