of delivering high-quality designs, excellent
communication skills

. Responsibilities  Lead and manage design projects from concept to completion.
Develop and present creative design concepts and solutions to clients. Collaborate closely with
cross-functional teams
, including marketing, product development, and engineering. Conduct research and stay
up-to-date
with industry trends to inform design decisions. Mentor and provide guidance to junior designers and support staff. Ensure all design work meets brand guidelines and project requirements. Oversee the production process to ensure quality and deadlines are met.
Manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively. Liaise with external vendors and suppliers as needed for design projects. Continuously improve design processes and workflow for efficiency and quality.
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design or related field. Minimum of 5 years of experience as a graphic designer. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign). Excellent
communication
and
project management
