Design Manager – Luxury Hospitality Fit-Out
AED 40,000 – 45,000 per month (all-in)
A leading interior fit-out contractor is seeking a Design Manager to support the delivery of high-end hospitality and luxury residential projects across the UAE.
This role will involve overseeing design coordination across complex interior projects, ensuring drawings are technically accurate and aligned with manufacturing and project delivery requirements.
The position will be based in Sharjah
, supporting projects across the UAE, including a major luxury hospitality development currently under construction in Ras Al Khaimah
.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and coordinate the design process across interior fit-out projects
- Review technical drawings and ensure design intent is deliverable
- Work closely with project teams, consultants and subcontractors
- Coordinate with internal manufacturing and joinery teams
- Ensure design outputs align with project programmes and construction requirements
- Manage design coordination for luxury hospitality and high‑end interior environments
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Design Manager within interior fit-out or construction
- Strong experience delivering luxury hospitality or high‑end residential projects
- Excellent understanding of technical drawings and interior detailing
- Ability to coordinate between design, manufacturing and delivery teams
- UAE experience beneficial but not essential
