Requirements

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage architectural design projects, ensuring adherence to scope and schedule.
• Lead quality assurance protocols and maintain communication with stakeholders.
• Review and refine architectural design processes and outputs, ensuring compliance with project briefs.
• Oversee a team of architects and designers, providing guidance and fostering creative development.
• Ensure integration of various design packages while promoting safety in design practices.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to create high-quality architectural solutions.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture or a related field.
• Extensive experience in architectural design and project management, preferably in mixed-use developments.
• Proficient with design software such as Revit, AutoCAD, and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Strong communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to negotiate effectively.
• Proven track record in managing complex design projects from inception to completion.
• Familiarity with sustainability principles in design and construction.

Desired Skills:

• Experience in Hidden Marina projects is a plus.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail with the ability to meet tight deadlines.
