Senior Architect (Design)
- Minimum 15 years of professional experience in architectural design and preparation of detailed construction drawings.
- Strong knowledge and full understanding of Qatar local regulations and requirements, including Qatar Civil Defense codes and compliance standards.
- Must be classified as Grade A by the Engineers and Engineering Offices Acceptance Committee in Qatar.
- Proven expertise in architectural visualization and presentation software, including:
- o Adobe Photoshop
- o Autodesk 3ds Max
- Good knowledge of GSAS (Global Sustainability Assessment System) standards issued by Gulf Organization for Research & Development.
- Familiarity and practical experience with Building Information Modeling (BIM) processes and workflows.
- Valid QID and NOC
