Job Description
You will be based in Riyadh or Jeddah.

You will take full ownership of one large-scale project or 3-4 medium projects concurrently, structuring the scope and managing the project plan, resources, and budget.
In this role, you will actively manage client relationships to ensure highclient satisfaction. You will lead the project team on the ground, monitoring and evaluating team performance, and actively developing team members by providing regularfeedback and coaching.
You will strive to build client capabilities through continuous, on-the-job coaching to ensure sustained impact beyond the end of the project.
You will act as a subject matter expert in your chosen service line, combining broad experience with strongproblem-solvingabilities to derive business insights and solid recommendations for clients.
You will strengthen the firm’s knowledge base by codifying learnings from projects and coaching less tenured colleagues.
You will contribute to the growth of Delivery Assurance both externally by preparing business proposals for potential clients, and internally by supporting organizational activities such as recruiting, performance evaluations, and training.
Minimum Requirements
Undergraduate degree in business, economics, engineering or a related field with an outstanding academic record; MBA or other advanced degree is a plus
8+ years of business/public sector experience, with a clear record of achievement and proven drive forpersonal growth
Demonstrated track record in one or more of the following key service offerings: organizational development (including org. design/set up, talent management, etc.), transformational delivery (driving large transformational programs), and productivity and performance improvement
Ability to successfully manage complex programs or multiple projects, or medium to large department/business unit with P&L responsibility
Blend of industry and consulting experience is ideal
Superiorproblem-solvingand relationship-building skills, including a demonstrated high level of client service commitment
Ability to work collaboratively in ateam environmentand with people across all levels of an organization
Proven ability to lead, coach, and develop teams
Ability to communicate complex ideas effectively in English and Arabic
Willingness to travel, predominantly within the Kingdom
