We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Counsel to join our prestigious law firm in Riyadh or Jeddah. The ideal candidate will provide expert legal advice, support complex transactions, and contribute to the firm's growth through exceptional legal knowledge and client management skills.
Responsibilities:
– Provide comprehensive legal advice and guidance on a wide range of corporate and commercial matters.
– Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, agreements, and other legal documents to protect the firm's and clients' interests.
– Manage complex legal transactions and coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure smooth execution.
– Research and analyze relevant laws, regulations, and legal precedents to offer informed counsel.
– Support business development initiatives by identifying legal risks and opportunities.
– Mentor and supervise junior lawyers and support staff, fostering a collaborative work environment.
– Ensure compliance with local and international laws and regulations applicable to the firm's operations and clients.
– Represent the firm in legal proceedings and negotiations as required.
