The successful candidate will provide legal advice on corporate and transactional matters, draft and review agreements, and supervise junior lawyers within a fast-paced energy logistics environment.
Responsibilities include coordinating with Governance and Compliance, assisting in recruitment and training, and supporting the General Counsel in setting common legal practices across sectors.
