Are you a compliance and workflow automation specialist with
financial services expertise? Join a high-impact team building
next-generation supervision tools.
We are sourcing on behalf of a top-tier global consultancy for a
Senior Consultant specialising in workflow automation and
compliance monitoring system implementation.
The three non-negotiables for this role:
✅ Hands-on GRC platform implementation — requirements gathering, configuration, UAT, deployment (TeamMate or equivalent)
✅ FinTech sector experience — digital banking, payments, e-money, or VASP
✅ Direct regulatory / Central Bank exposure — CBUAE, DFSA, SAMA, QCB, or equivalent
🎯 What You'll Do:
✅ Implement workflow automation system (TeamMate or equivalent)
for regulatory alerts & escalations
✅ Develop & integrate a compliance monitoring system with the
RBS framework
✅ Design automated inspection and escalation workflows
✅ Build SOPs and inspection playbooks for on-site supervision
✅ Support AML/CFT compliance monitoring integration
✅ Deliver training & knowledge transfer to Central Bank staff
💼 What We're Looking For:
🔹 7+ years in compliance, audit, or regulatory supervision
🔹 Hands-on TeamMate or equivalent workflow automation experience
🔹 Strong understanding of compliance monitoring systems
🔹 Knowledge of FinTech regulatory frameworks & AML/CFT
🔹 Experience designing SOPs, inspection frameworks & playbooks
🔹 Central bank or regulatory authority background — preferred
🔹 CFA / FRM / CAMS — strong advantage
📌 Engagement Details:
📍 Location: Doha, Qatar (on-site, full-time)
⏳ Duration: 12 months minimum and Extendable
