We are seeking an experienced Senior Quantum Consultant to join a highly regarded team delivering expert commercial and contractual advice on some of the region's most prestigious construction and infrastructure projects.
This is an excellent opportunity to work alongside recognised industry experts on complex disputes, claims and arbitration matters while developing your career within a growing Middle East practice.
The Role
- Prepare and assess quantum claims.
- Undertake detailed quantum analysis for disputes and arbitration.
- Review project records, cost data and contractual documentation.
- Produce expert reports and support senior experts.
- Work closely with clients, legal teams and industry specialists.
- Mentor junior consultants where appropriate.
Requirements
- Degree qualified in Quantity Surveying or a related discipline.
- Significant experience within a recognised claims consultancy.
- Strong background in quantum analysis and commercial management.
- Excellent understanding of standard construction contracts.
- Experience supporting formal dispute resolution processes is advantageous.
- Strong report writing and analytical skills.
- Willingness to relocate to Riyadh or already based in the GCC.
