Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute a comprehensive change management strategy for the IBM Tririga implementation.
Collaborate with the JLL technical team and Workplace Strategist to align change management activities with project milestones.
Conduct stakeholder analysis and develop targeted communication plans to address various audience needs.
Design and deliver training programs to ensure end-users are proficient in using IBM Tririga.
Create and maintain change management documentation, including communication materials, training guides, and process maps.
Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of change management initiatives, making adjustments as needed.
Provide regular updates to project leadership on change management progress and potential risks.
Support the resolution of issues related to user adoption and resistance to change.
Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather requirements and address concerns from stakeholders.
Ensure change management best practices are followed throughout the project lifecycle.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Organizational Psychology, or a related field.
Proven experience in change management, preferably in the banking or financial services sector.
Strong knowledge of change management methodologies and best practices.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work effectively in a multicultural environment.
Fluency in English.
Desired
Qualifications:
Change management certification (e.g., PROSCI, CCMP).
Knowledge of IBM Tririga or similar workplace management systems.
Arabic language skills.
Experience working in the Middle East, particularly in Saudi Arabia.
Familiarity with Agile project management methodologies.
