Projects Manager – Electrical (Power / SEC)
Job Summary
We are seeking a highly accomplished Projects Manager with 10–20+ years of experience in delivering large-scale power and electrical projects. The ideal candidate must have extensive experience working on projects with Saudi Electricity Company, with a strong track record in managing full project lifecycles from initiation to commissioning.
The candidate must also demonstrate strong expertise in both Underground (UG) and Overhead (OHL) power infrastructure, with hands-on experience in execution and project management.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and oversee multiple large-scale electrical projects across the full EPC lifecycle.
Manage all project phases: Engineering, Procurement, Construction, Testing & Commissioning.
Develop and control project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation plans.
Manage site teams, subcontractors, and all project stakeholders effectively.
Ensure full compliance with Saudi Electricity Company standards, safety regulations, and quality requirements.
Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks proactively.
Monitor project performance and ensure delivery within budget and timeline.
Coordinate with clients, consultants, and internal departments.
Review and approve engineering designs, technical submissions, and project deliverables.
Drive operational excellence and continuous improvement across projects.
