Senior Construction Lawyer Jobs in Doha, Qatar at Qatar Project Management (QPM)
We are looking for a Senior Construction Lawyer that has a real estate background.
This position will have a Business Development element involved and the actual legal work will be a mix of contentious and non-contentious work.
Making sure the activities of the company are in line with all regulation and compliance with contracts.
You will handle disputes and construction claims whilst co-ordinating with the commercial teams and seek to ensure adherence to the contracts and commercial terms and policies in place.
Drafting and reviewing commercial contracts and documents.
Provide advice and guidance to the procurement department to prepare ITT’s and other documents related to major sub contracts.

Job Skills
8+ years experience which has come from working in a Private Practice. The candidate will have a mix of contentious and non-contentious experience they can highlight in an interview.
A degree in law is required with an emphasis on Construction Law + Real Estate.
You must have been exposed to major infrastructure construction projects to be shortlisted for this position where you can prove you represented a client/contractor or Developer.
English language skills are an absolute requirement and fluent Arabic will be an advantage.
