Job Objective:
Execute the fabrication, assembly, and installation of concrete mixtures specific to block and concrete plants according to engineering drawings and approved technical specifications, ensuring the highest standards of quality and operational efficiency during the manufacturing, assembly, and final testing phases.
Responsibilities:
Read and understand engineering drawings and technical schematics related to concrete mixtures.
Perform cutting, assembling, and welding of components for mixtures according to required specifications.
Manufacture and assemble mixture structures, mixing arms, hoppers, and discharge systems.
Install various mechanical systems such as shafts, roller bearings, gearboxes, and motion systems.
Ensure dimensional accuracy, alignment, and centering during assembly operations.
Conduct preliminary inspections and tests for mixtures before delivery.
Address technical observations and necessary modifications during production phases.
Maintain quality of welding and final finishing of the product.
Adhere to occupational safety procedures during work.
Collaborate with engineering, quality, and maintenance departments to achieve production goals.
Contribute to improving manufacturing methods and reducing waste and production time.
Train new technicians and transfer technical expertise to them as needed.
Qualifications:
Technical diploma in Mechanical Production or Manufacturing or equivalent.
Preferred to have professional certifications in welding or metal fabrication.
Required Experience:
Experience of no less than 7 years in manufacturing and assembling industrial mixtures specific to block or ready-mix concrete plants.
Practical experience in manufacturing Twin Shaft Mixer and Pan Mixer.
Experience in reading engineering drawings and handling various measuring devices.
Experience in MIG and CO2 welding and mechanical assembly.
