Job Purpose
- Develop and implement policies, procedures, and practices designed to ensure compliance with the Saudi laws & regulations, company policies and procedures.
- Oversee and monitor day-to-day compliance activities across the company to ensure adherence to applicable laws, regulations, and internal policies.
- Prepare and present periodic compliance reports to senior management while ensuring timely completion of mandatory employee training and maintaining accurate records of training activities and participation.
- Develop and deliver compliance awareness programs and training, including designing materials on relevant laws, regulations, and internal policies, while ensuring all employees complete mandatory training within required timelines.
- Prepare the compliance register and monitoring program.
- Prepare and execute the compliance annual plan.

- Employee mandatory training completion rate
- Number of awareness sessions conducted per year
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in law, Business Administration, Human Resources, Finance, or related field
- 4-6 years of experience in governance, compliance, or risk management
- Experience in holding companies, semi-government.
- Strong knowledge of Saudi regulatory environment and governance frameworks
- Professional certifications in Governance/Compliance/Risk are preferred.
