• Manage contractor maintenance, cleaning, and RRRU works across Foul Water, SGW, and TW systems.
• Ensure availability, reliability, and maintainability of DNO&M assets.
• Supervise contractor performance and ensure contractual compliance.
• Review and optimize preventive maintenance and repair schedules.
• Drive initiatives to improve maintenance efficiency, cost, and service availability.
• Lead incident investigations, root cause analysis, breakdowns, and flooding events.
• Ensure timely response and resolution of emergencies and customer-related incidents.
• Review tender documents and lead the RRRU project lifecycle.
• Support engineers on commercial matters and contract risks.
• Ensure compliance with EAMS, DNO&M procedures, and asset management processes.
