Location: Abu Dhabi Industrial City
We are seeking an experienced Senior Citrix System Engineer to join our IT Infrastructure team in Abu Dhabi, UAE. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience in designing, implementing, and supporting Citrix environments and Nutanix infrastructure, with proven technical expertise and relevant certifications.
Key Responsibilities:
Design, implement, and manage Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktops (CVAD) environments.
Administer and maintain Nutanix hyper-converged infrastructure (HCI).
Troubleshoot and resolve Citrix and Nutanix-related issues, ensuring high availability and performance.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams on infrastructure and cloud integration projects.
Monitor systems and proactively recommend improvements and best practices.
Ensure security, compliance, and proper documentation of infrastructure components.
Vendor Management.
Minimum Requirements:
8+ years of experience in Citrix administration and engineering roles.
Strong hands-on experience with Citrix CVAD, Citrix ADC (Net Scaler), and Citrix Cloud.
In-depth knowledge of Nutanix AHV and Prism management.
Solid understanding of Windows Server, Active Directory, and networking fundamentals.
Educational
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related technical discipline.
A Master’s degree or additional coursework in IT infrastructure or cloud computing is a plus.
Certifications (Preferred/Required):
Citrix Certified Expert (CCE-V) or Citrix Certified Professional (CCP-V).
Nutanix Certified Professional (NCP) or Nutanix Certified Advanced Professional (NCAP).
