Position: Senior Chemist (SPU)
Responsible for the preparation of the bulk solutions of the products for filling according to process controls and SOP.
Prepare bulk solutions for filling.
Plan and monitor CIP (Clean-In-Place) & SIP (Steam-In-Place) and filter integrity testing.
Receive and dispense raw materials as per the weekly production plan.
Perform daily tank planning to prepare the required solution as per production plans.
Plan and monitor Quality Control release of solution on time.
Check general Cleaning & Hygiene
Adherence to process system SAP
Ensure completion of Batch documents
Ensure compliance with SOPs, GMP, and safety guidelines.
