Senior Business Development

We are seeking a results-driven Senior Business Development to identify new business opportunities, establish strategic partnerships, and expand our customer base. The ideal candidate will drive revenue growth by developing strong client relationships, managing the sales pipeline, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve commercial objectives.

Responsibilities

• Identify, qualify, and pursue new business opportunities and strategic partnerships.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with enterprise customers and key stakeholders.
• Manage the full sales cycle, from prospecting and lead generation to contract negotiation and closure.
• Prepare commercial proposals, business cases, and executive-level presentations.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify market trends and growth opportunities.
• Collaborate with internal teams to support customer acquisition, retention, and business expansion initiatives.
• Achieve revenue targets and contribute to the organization’s commercial growth strategy.
• Maintain an accurate sales pipeline and provide regular business development reports.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
• 4–8 years of experience in business development, B2B sales, or account management.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales and revenue targets.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
• Experience managing the full BD cycle and developing strategic partnerships.
• Ability to analyze market trends and identify new business opportunities.
• Proficiency in CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Microsoft Dynamics) and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong relationship-building, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
