Senior Business Development Manager, Banking/Finance – IT Consultancy – Riyadh
We are seeking a dynamic Senior Business Development Manager to join our client’s expanding team in Riyadh. This role focuses on driving growth by engaging new clients within the Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance (BFSI) sector, aligning their digital transformation goals with our client’s advanced IT, Technology, and Consulting solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
Act as a strategic partner to prospective clients, demonstrating the value of our client’s IT and digital services through tailored solutions.
Identify and target potential clients using outreach methods such as networking, referrals, research, and direct engagement.
Manage the full sales cycle from initial contact to contract negotiation and closure, aligning with business development targets.
Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified opportunities to support revenue generation.
Lead contract discussions, structure deals, and close opportunities with decision-makers and stakeholders.
Achieve and exceed individual sales goals and KPIs, contributing to regional growth.
Use industry knowledge to advise clients on technological innovations relevant to BFSI.
Represent the company at industry forums, panels, and public speaking events.
Participate in industry events and conferences to enhance brand presence and explore new opportunities.
Required Experience & Qualifications:
8-10+ years in business development or sales, focusing on IT professional services in the UAE and Saudi markets.
Deep understanding of the BFSI sector, including challenges and emerging technologies.
Strong professional network within financial services, with existing client relationships preferred.
Proven success in closing strategic enterprise deals, with multi-million-dollar sales experience (preferably $5M+ annually).
Expertise in consultative selling and engaging C-suite stakeholders.
Self-motivated with a proactive approach and passion for exceeding targets.
Experience managing all sales cycle stages from lead generation to closing complex deals.
Proficiency in creating proposals, solutions, and client presentations.
Additional Requirements:
Willingness and ability to travel regionally and internationally; a valid passport is required.
