ABOUT
THE ROLE
We are seeking a Senior Business Development Expert to support the organization’s growth objectives by identifying new business opportunities, developing strategic partnerships, and strengthening client relationships. The role involves driving business expansion initiatives, contributing to strategic planning, and collaborating with internal teams to deliver solutions that meet client needs.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Identify, develop, and secure new business opportunities for IT services, digital solutions and technology-driven projects to achieve revenue growth objectives.
- Build and maintain strategic relationships with clients, technology partners, and key stakeholders, serving as a trusted advisor and ensuring long-term customer satisfaction.
- Lead the development of technical and commercial proposals, RFP/RFQ responses, solution presentations, and contract negotiations in collaboration with delivery and technical teams.
- Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and industry trend assessments to identify emerging technologies, customer requirements, and new market opportunities.
- Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of IT projects, ensuring alignment with client requirements, project timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
- Contribute to business strategy, service portfolio expansion, and go-to-market initiatives while monitoring performance metrics and recommending actions to drive sustainable growth and operational excellence.
REQUIREMENTS Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or an equivalent related field (Postgraduate studies are preferred).
Experience
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in business management and business development.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in project management, preferably within the IT services industry.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and developing successful client relationships.
- Arabic and English proficiency.
