Key Responsibilities:

Mentor and guide junior business development team members, fostering a culture of excellence.
What You Bring:
Fluency in English is essential (Arabic proficiency is an advantage).
5+ years of proven experience in business development in the medical laboratory sector.
Exceptional leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
Strong analytical mindset with a results-driven approach to business growth.
A Bachelor’s degree is required (Master’s degree or healthcare experience is a plus).
