Role Summary
The Senior Business Development Executive is responsible for driving revenue growth by identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and securing high-value accounts. This role plays a critical part in expanding the client portfolio and establishing long-term partnerships across key industries.
Key Responsibilities
Business Development & Sales
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities across target sectors
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets
- Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals
- Prepare and deliver high-impact proposals, presentations, and pitches
Client Relationship Management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
- Understand client objectives and propose tailored solutions
- Ensure smooth onboarding and transition to internal teams
Market Insights & Strategy
- Monitor industry trends, competitor activity, and market opportunities
- Identify high-potential sectors and contribute to growth strategy
- Maintain strong knowledge of marketing, digital, and communication services
Collaboration & Internal Alignment
- Work closely with internal teams (creative, strategy, production) to develop proposals
- Align with leadership on revenue goals and business priorities
- Support cross-functional collaboration to ensure successful project delivery
Reporting & Performance Tracking
- Maintain an accurate sales pipeline and forecasting reports
- Track performance against KPIs and revenue targets
- Provide regular updates to senior stakeholders
Qualifications & Experience
- 4+ years of experience in business development, sales, or client acquisition
- Proven experience within digital, marketing, media, or creative environments
- Strong track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets
