Role Overview
Senior Business Consultant – EMEA Consulting Services. As a key member of the IBOR Service Line, you will lead and support implementation of Sim Corp Dimension® solutions such as Reconciliation, Settlement, Corporate Actions, Cash & Securities and Collateral Management for investment clients across banks, asset managers, and insurers.
Responsibilities
- Lead major parts of Sim Corp Dimension® implementation projects, translating customer requirements into optimal solutions.
- Collaborate closely with the project manager and take a key role in driving projects to success.
- Serve as the primary contact for customers regarding all Sim Corp Dimension® questions.
- Instruct and mentor less experienced colleagues on the job.
- Prepare requirement specifications for product enhancements with product management.
- Identify opportunities to offer tailored services beyond the project scope, acting as a trusted advisor.
- Contribute to improving best practices for implementation processes and promote topics across projects.
- Actively participate in knowledge exchange with colleagues at an international level.
Qualifications
- Degree in economics/finance, mathematics/computer science or a related field.
- Experience as a Business Analyst or Consultant in banks, asset managers, insurers or consulting firms focused on back‑office or valuation.
- Excellent knowledge of trade processing and/or valuation of financial instruments in the banking, asset‑management or insurance sector.
- Ideally have experience with Sim Corp Dimension® or with implementing financial software.
- Independent and analytical working style.
- Team spirit and a strong desire to share knowledge.
- Strong communication and consulting skills, high commercial awareness, customer orientation and quality consciousness.
- Fluency in English.
- Willingness to travel.
