Our company is expanding rapidly, and we are looking for an outstanding Senior Business Consultant who wants much more than a traditional sales position.

Office located next to Dubai Mall Metro Station
Modern office with an international team of approximately 10 professionals.
Working Hours
Monday to Friday
09:00 AM – 06:00 PM
Immediate joining preferred.
Position Overview
This is a strategic position within SwissPro.
We are looking for someone capable of managing the complete business setup process from A to Z.
Because we are a growing boutique consulting firm, everyone is involved in multiple aspects of the business.
You will not simply sell company formations.
You will become involved in consulting, operations, client management, government procedures, business development and internal coordination.
No two days are the same.
Main ResponsibilitiesBusiness Setup Consulting
You will advise entrepreneurs and investors regarding:
- Mainland company formation
- UAE Free Zones
- Dubai Economy (DET)
- Corporate structuring
- UAE regulations
- Licensing requirements
- Government procedures
- Visa options
- Banking introductions
- Corporate compliance
Client Relationship Management
You will:
- Conduct client meetings (online and in person)
- Understand clients’ objectives
- Design tailored business solutions
- Prepare quotations
- Follow up leads
- Maintain excellent client relationships
- Generate referrals and repeat business

Business Operations
Because SwissPro is a boutique consulting firm, versatility is essential.
You will regularly assist with:
- Front-office activities
- Back-office operations
- Government applications
- Client follow-up
- Basic accounting coordination
- CRM updates
- Internal administration
- Coordination between departments

Internal Coordination
You will coordinate client files between:
- Operations
- Accounting
- Compliance
- Immigration
- Management
You will ensure that every client receives proactive communication and that files move efficiently from one department to another.

Qualifications
Preferred qualifications include:
- Minimum 3 years of UAE Business Setup experience
- Strong knowledge of UAE Free Zones
- Strong knowledge of Dubai Economy (DET)
- Experience with immigration procedures
- Knowledge of UAE compliance requirements
- Experience with CRM systems (Zoho CRM is a strong advantage)
- Basic understanding of accounting principles
- Excellent English (mandatory)
- French and/or Arabic are strong advantages
