Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Business Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing strategic guidance and support to clients in various industries to help them improve their business processes and achieve their goals.
Duties
Analyze clients’ business operations and provide recommendations for improvement
Lead change management initiatives within client organizations
Conduct business development activities to acquire new clients and projects
Manage and oversee project implementations from initiation to completion
Perform business analysis to identify areas for process improvement
Provide management consulting services to clients on strategic planning and organizational development
Offer expertise in research and data analysis to support decision-making processes
Requirements
Proven experience in business consulting, with a focus on management consulting
Strong knowledge of change management principles and practices
Proficiency in project management methodologies
Excellent skills in business analysis and process improvement
Ability to develop strategic plans tailored to clients’ needs
Outstanding research capabilities to gather and analyze relevant data
Demonstrated expertise in strategic planning and business development

Pay: AED100,106.00 – AED108,722.00 per year
