Senior Business Analyst – Dubai – Immediate Joiner
We are looking for Business Analyst in Dubai who can immediatelyjoin our team.
Responsibilities:
Develops and maintains understanding of customer workflows and business needs to support.
Delivers precise functional specifications including functional hierarchy, workflow, business rules, interface design and definitions, outstanding issues, data analysis, and data mapping to clients and development staff.
Responsible for direct interaction with clients, including eliciting comprehensive business requirements and use cases, and recommending appropriate solutions.
Gathers requirements and helps build and document specifications for development.
Works with Technical team to develop high-level labor estimates to develop and deploy functionality.
Works with clients to demonstrate changes to the system to ensure all relevant business needs are addressed.
Manages multiple competing priorities through effective organization and communication.
Meets with project team regularly to review project deliverables and deadlines.
Evaluates business processes, anticipates requirements, uncovers areas for improvement, and develops and implements solutions.
Leads ongoing reviews of business processes and develops optimization strategies.
Stays up-to-date on the latest process and IT advancements to automate and modernize systems.
Conducts meetings and presentations to share ideas and findings.
Performs requirements analysis.
Documents and communicates the results of efforts.
Effectively communicates insights and plans to cross-functional team members and management.
Gathers critical information from meetings with various stakeholders and produces useful reports.
Works closely with clients, technicians, and managerial staff.
Provides leadership, training, coaching, and guidance to junior staff.
Allocates resources and maintains cost efficiency.
Ensures solutions meet business needs and requirements.
Performs user acceptance testing.
Manages projects, develops project plans, and monitors performance.
Updates, implements, and maintains procedures.
Prioritizes initiatives based on business needs and requirements.
Serves as a liaison between stakeholders and users.
Manages competing resources and priorities.
Monitors deliverables and ensures timely completion of projects.
Requirements:
A bachelor’s degree in business or related field or an MBA.
A minimum of 5 years of experience in business analysis or a related field.
Excellent communication in both Arabic & English.
Exceptional analytical and conceptual thinking skills.
The ability to influence stakeholders and work closely with them to determine acceptable solutions.
Advanced technical skills.
Experience creating detailed reports and giving presentations.
Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
A track record of following through on commitments.
Excellent planning, organizational, and time management skills.
Experience leading and developing top-performing teams.
A history of leading and supporting successful projects.
