We’re hiring a Business Analyst on site in Qatar to join our growing team in Shipbee! If you know the shipping pain points in the Middle East, you’re the one we’re looking for. Carrier inconsistencies, cross-border delays, tracking chaos. Shipbee needs an analyst who gets these real challenges and can find growth opportunities in data. Someone who helps us scale faster, outperform competitors, and lead the market.
What
You’ll Do
- Analyze complex datasets to identify process optimization opportunities.
- Develop data‑driven solutions that improve operational efficiency.
- Partner with stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Create dashboards and reports that drive KPI improvements.
- Create Project Documentation such as BRD, FRD, SRS, US.
- Write Product Backlogs on Azure Dev Ops and list the user stories.
- Lead Sprint design sessions with the Development teams.
Requirements
- 4+ years in business analysis or analytics.
- Expert in SQL, Excel, and business intelligence tools.
- Strong problem‑solving and analytical mindset.
- Excellent communication skills.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or relevant field.
