Role Overview
We are looking for a hands‑on Senior Business Analyst to support banking transformation initiatives, with a strong focus on Real Estate Finance, Mortgage, and CRM systems
. You will work closely with business stakeholders and delivery teams to shape digital and process improvements.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as a functional Business Analyst embedded within banking business teams
- Gather, structure, and validate business requirements for mortgage and retail banking initiatives
- Analyze end-to‑end mortgage and real estate finance customer journeys
- Translate business needs into:
- Functional specifications
- User stories
- Process flows
- Support CRM initiatives across requirements, design validation, and UAT
- Identify process gaps and recommend improvements in mortgage operations
- Maintain clear documentation and requirement traceability
- Participate in Agile ceremonies and backlog refinement
- Collaborate daily with stakeholders and delivery squads to ensure alignment
Required Experience & Skills
- 5+ years’ experience as a Business Analyst in banking or financial services
- Strong domain knowledge in:
- Real Estate Finance
- Mortgage lifecycle
- Credit assessment and collateral processes
- Experience working on CRM projects (Siebel is a strong plus)
- Solid understanding of SDLC and Agile methodologies
- Hands‑on experience with JIRA, Confluence, and documentation tools
- Strong analytical thinking and structured documentation skills
- Experience working directly with business stakeholders in client environments
- Familiarity with Saudi banking regulations and government integrations (KYC, credit bureau, etc.) is highly preferred
- Fluent in English
