We are looking for an experienced Senior Business Analyst to join our Digital Solutions delivery project teams. In this hands-on role, you will heavily participate in the full business analysis lifecycle (from discovery and requirements gathering through implementation support, demos, and UAT) on complex software projects (typically 1–3 years in duration) for enterprise and government clients across the GCC region, working within multi-disciplinary digital solutions delivery teams of 10–30 members (solution architects, UI/UX designers, technical writers, as well as development, data, and QC teams), which may include cross-functional teams
Key Responsibilities
- Lead requirements elicitation: workshops, stakeholder interviews, discovery sessions
- Produce BRDs, SRS, user stories with acceptance criteria, BPMN process flows, gap analysis, data dictionaries, and wireframes
- Support solution design, estimation, and delivery in partnership with architects, developers, data, and QC teams
- Lead/support demos and UAT sessions with clients
- Manage stakeholder relationships, including challenging stakeholders, across internal and client teams
- Identify and escalate risks, scope creep, and dependencies
- Proactively and responsibly use AI tools embedded across all work stages (requirements drafting, analysis, gap identification, documentation support, etc.) while ensuring accuracy, compliance, and adherence to client-specific restrictions (some projects prohibit AI usage).
- Coordinate with vendor BA teams where applicable
- Mentor junior analysts and contribute to BA process improvement
Requirements
- Minimum 7 years of Business Analysis experience, including 2+ years at Senior BA level on software development projects
- Full BA lifecycle experience across Agile (Scrum), Waterfall, and hybrid methodologies
- Strong BA deliverables portfolio: BRD, SRS, BPMN, gap analysis, data dictionaries, wireframes
- Tools: Visio, Figma, Jira or Azure DevOps, MS Excel/Word
- Arabic speakers are preferred due to business requirements
- Government/public sector project experience is a strong plus
- Knowledge of data modeling and data migration techniques is a strong plus.
- Familiarity with ERP, CRM, or other enterprise software solutions is a strong plus
- Bachelor's degree in IS/Computer Science or related field preferred; certifications (CBAP, PMI-PBA, Agile) a plus
