Quality Professionals (Q-Pros) is a leading software quality assurance and testing company, with a strong presence across the Middle East and GCC. We are looking for a Senior Business Analyst to work with one of our clients in the UAE.
Responsibilitie
- sCollaborate with stakeholders to identify, analyze, and document business needs, project scope, and functional requirements
- .Elicit, analyze, validate, and prioritize business and system requirements
- .Prepare clear and comprehensive documentation, including Business Requirements Documents (BRDs), Functional Requirements Specifications (FRS), use cases, user stories, process flows, and workflow diagrams
- .Support project planning by defining project scope, objectives, and deliverables aligned with business goals
- .Monitor project progress through regular follow-ups with project teams, identify risks and issues, and recommend appropriate corrective actions
- .Work closely with Project Managers, Product Owners, Developers, QA teams, and business stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery
- .Facilitate workshops, meetings, and requirement-gathering sessions with business users
- .Support backlog management, sprint planning, and user story refinement within Agile environments
- .Analyze and improve business processes to enhance operational efficiency
- .Mentor junior Business Analysts and contribute to knowledge sharing and best practices within the team

- n.Experience working on large-scale enterprise or government projects is highly preferre
