We're looking for an experienced Senior Business Analyst to join our Technology team in Riyadh. Working closely with business stakeholders, Product Owners, Solution Architects and delivery teams, you'll help shape and deliver enterprise technology solutions that drive business performance, operational efficiency and customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead business analysis activities across complex digital transformation initiatives.
- Engage with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into effective technology solutions.
- Facilitate workshops, requirements gathering sessions and business process analysis.
- Produce high-quality business requirements, user stories, functional specifications and acceptance criteria.
- Analyse and optimise business processes to support continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with Product Owners, Solution Architects, Developers and QA teams throughout the delivery lifecycle.
- Support Agile delivery through backlog refinement, sprint planning and User Acceptance Testing.
- Mentor Business Analysts and promote best practice across the function.
About You:
You'll be an experienced Business Analyst with a strong track record of delivering enterprise technology and digital transformation projects. You are comfortable working with senior stakeholders, solving complex business challenges and translating requirements into scalable, practical solutions.

- User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
Experience working alongside Solution Architects, Product Owners and software development teams will be highly regarded.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science or a related discipline.
- 5-7+ years' experience as a Business Analyst within technology, digital transformation or enterprise environments.
- Proven experience delivering CRM, ERP or enterprise application projects.
- Strong experience working within Agile delivery teams.
- CCBA, PMI-PBA or equivalent Business Analysis certification is desirable.
- Agile or Scrum certifications are advantageous.
- Fluency in both Arabic and English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
