Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Business Analyst to join our team in support of national healthcare transformation initiatives. The successful candidate will play a critical role in analyzing, documenting, and optimizing business processes, gathering requirements, and aligning stakeholders toward successful delivery of solutions within the governmental healthcare sector.
The ideal candidate should have a proven track record of working in large-scale digital transformation projects, preferably within the Governmental, Healthcare, or Medical domains, and must be able to operate effectively in fast-paced, multi-stakeholder environments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with stakeholders (business, technical, and regulatory) to gather, analyze, and document business requirements, processes, and workflows.
- Translate business needs into clear, concise, and detailed functional and non-functional requirements, including use cases and user stories.
- Facilitate workshops, interviews, and focus groups to understand current-state and future-state business operations.
- Work closely with solution architects, developers, and QA teams to ensure requirements are correctly interpreted and implemented.
- Support the development of business process models (as-is / to-be), gap analysis, and feasibility assessments.
- Define acceptance criteria and support UAT planning and execution.
- Act as a liaison between business units and technical teams to ensure alignment and traceability of requirements.
- Ensure compliance with national healthcare standards, data protection policies, and relevant regulatory frameworks.
- Monitor and report on project progress, risks, and issues related to business analysis activities.
- Participate in change management, stakeholder engagement, and capacity-building initiatives.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, Healthcare Informatics, or a related field.
- Minimum 7+ years of proven experience in Business Analysis, with at least 3 years in senior or lead roles.
- Experience in the Governmental Sector or Healthcare / Medical Domain is highly preferred.
- Experience working on large-scale, multi-stakeholder digital transformation or e-government initiatives.
- Strong knowledge of business process modeling (BPMN), requirements engineering, and stakeholder analysis.
- Familiarity with healthcare accreditation, quality control, and regulatory frameworks is an advantage.
- Excellent documentation skills using tools such as Microsoft Visio, Word, Excel, Jira, or similar.
- Experience with Agile, Scrum, or Hybrid project methodologies.
- Strong understanding of data-driven projects, including integration with health information systems or ERP platforms.
