What This Role Is About
Our client, a ambitious FMCG organisation, is looking for a Senior Brand Manager, based in Jeddah, to drive brand growth and strengthen market performance across its portfolio.
This role will be responsible for developing and executing brand strategies, managing product performance, and delivering impactful marketing initiatives that support business objectives.
You will work closely with cross-functional teams to drive innovation, optimise brand investments, and ensure consistent execution across all consumer touchpoints.
You will also play a key role in analysing market trends, identifying growth opportunities, and building strong brand equity through data-driven decision-making.
The Client’s Definition of the Ideal Fit
- 8+ years of FMCG marketing experience
- Arabic speaker is a must
- Must currently have at least 3 years of experience in a Marketing Manager role within an FMCG company.
- Experience working within a multinational corporate environment is a strict requirement
- Proven experience in brand strategy, portfolio management, and brand development
- Strong understanding of consumer insights, innovation, and brand performance management
- Experience managing marketing budgets and driving commercial growth
- Strong analytical, commercial, and stakeholder management skills
