Hiring urgently! FEMALE Salesperson in a 5-star Hotel company branch

GTR Luxury Car rental company office is growing and we are looking for a new employee to join the team and work in a friendly and supportive environment!
We specialize in luxury and exclusive cars and offer them for rent on a short and long-term basis, we serve international customers coming from Europe, US, Gulf, Asia and the rest of the world.
Our office is based in an ideal location close to Dubai airport and we have good transportation options.
The salesperson will work in a 5-star hotel in dubai palm area

Job Description:

The agent is responsible for greeting customers, generating sales, creating special offers to clients, processing rentals and selling optional services, answering and receiving telephone calls, responding to customer questions, communicating with drivers for customer pick-ups.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet customers, complete necessary rental or parking information, disclose rates, terms and conditions of rental and obtain customer signatures while using effective sales techniques to encourage customers to utilize service options.
Receive telephone calls and handle customer-related matters; direct other phone calls to appropriate personnel or take messages.
Complete, review and submit various reports to supervisor.
Maintain and update rental agreement files; contract and notify customers of overdue rental vehicles and inquire as to the expected date of return; process rental extensions.
Enter and maintain information in location logs.
Complete Car exchange requests in Computer system or manually prior releasing the replacement vehicle.
Perform related responsibilities as assigned or required.

Skills:

2-3 years’ experience of working in sales or customer service and dealing with clients.
Ability to use effective sales techniques.
Fluent communication skills English and other languages are a plus.
Ability to demonstrate effective interpersonal with customers.
Good knowledge of cars.
Good organisational skills.
Computer skills.
Ability to recognise the opportunity to present upgrades to customers.
Ability to type and perform data entry accurately.
Ability to process all paperwork according to policies and procedures.
Teamwork spirit and positive attitude.
Ability to understand and follow oral and written directions.
Ability to present a professional, enthusiastic attitude through effective communication skills to promote a positive impression to customers and employees.
